What is a Sub-Account?
A sub-account is a secondary account under your main Bitget account. It operates independently while sharing the main account’s security settings. Sub-accounts can be used for different trading strategies, team management, or fund separation.
Types of sub-accounts
Bitget offers three types of sub-accounts:
1. Virtual sub-account. No separate email or password required. Accessible by switching from the main account.
2. General sub-account. Requires an email and password. Has separate security settings from the main account.
3. Custodial trading sub-account. Designed for delegating fund management to a professional trading team.
How to Create a Sub-Account on Bitget Website?
Step 1: Access the sub-account dashboard
1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
