Pre-requisites for Account Creation

Step 1: Head over to Deposit fiat, select EUR as the currency and click Next. Fill in the required information and check "I agree to the Fiat Business Authorization Agreement", then click "Submit".

Step 2: After submitting your information, a prompt will appear indicating that your account is being created.

Step 3: A Basic UBO without verification will display the English names and surnames of all UBOs.

Step 4: After completing all/part of the advanced verification, any individual holding more than 25% of the shares is required to complete UBO certification.

Step 5: Complete the additional verification. If the UID/KYB country is not supported, a prompt will appear stating: "The country is not supported."

Step 1: If your withdrawal failed due to a security violation, please complete the Secure verification.

Step 2: You are required to submit additional information, which will be reviewed within two working days.

Step 3: Your information will be marked as under review. Select "Keep Waiting" to proceed.

Step 4: You are required to upload Supplementary Material Level 2. Upload all the necessary materials and click "Confirm"

Step 5: Click Confirm again, and the review process will take two days.

Step 6: Once approved, a prompt will notify you that the approval is complete.

Step 7: If an order triggers EDD, you can choose to receive an immediate refund.
