The company also revealed that it is evaluating other ways to generate income from its digital assets, including lending and staking. To this end, it is seeking to establish partnerships with duly regulated entities in the digital finance sector. The decision marks yet another corporate move in line with the trend of companies incorporating Bitcoin into their balance sheets as a form of strategic diversification.
DigiAsia's proposal quickly resonated in the market. In response to the announcement, its shares registered a significant increase of around 91%, driven by the optimism of investors who see the initiative as a bold position at a time when Bitcoin is rising in value on the international market.
Inspired by models already adopted by companies such as MicroStrategy, DigiAsia seeks to consolidate its presence among companies that use Bitcoin as part of their long-term financial strategy. The company's CEO was not directly mentioned in the statement, but the strategic move suggests a stance focused on sustainable growth combined with taking advantage of bullish cycles in the digital asset market. Allocating 50% of future profits to BTC represents a significant commitment to the thesis of the appreciation of the main cryptocurrency on the market.
